We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled without notification will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to accommodate other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the cancellation fee may apply.
